Dry February.

Dry February is somewhat of a misnomer, as this month's going to be all about hydrating and getting the electrolytes balanced up.  I'd really like to reduce the caffeine intake as well.It's interesting how eliminating one item for a good period (in my case alcohol for a month) could cause one to focus on other aspects needing improvement (fatigue, bloating, difficulty sleeping, needing the mind
